How to check a casino licence in four minutes

Any site can paste a regulator logo into its footer. A licence only counts if it appears in the regulator's public register, under the company that actually operates the site.
The four-minute check
- Find the operating company name and licence number in the site footer or terms.
- Open the regulator register directly - type the address yourself, do not click the footer badge.
- Search the licence number and confirm the company name matches exactly.
- Confirm the domain you are on is listed under that licence.
Malta Gaming Authority - licence verification
If the register does not name the exact domain you are playing on, treat the site as unlicensed.
